Maintenance of amusement rides:
1, after a period of time,equipments should be done an integral overhaul  to  ensure equipment is in good condition;
2,All parts of the fasteners machine should be checked regularly (especially  the seat belt parts), if any loose parts are found, workers should find the  reason timely and fasten them to avoid an potential accident.
3, Regularly check the operation conditions of mechanical transmission  parts, and pay close attention to the running sound, heat on the  process,then promptly eliminate protential dangerous;
4 Mechanical operation parts, such as reducer, rotary supporting bearing,   and gear mesh parts should be regularly add grease lubrication.Equipment in  the factory already have a certain amount of lubricating oil,so in the early  it usually not required so much lubricating oil but the rotary support gear  should be added grease once a week and slewing ring once a month. The  lubricating oil on the slowdown box should be cleaned every six months.
5, Fuselage and glass fiber reinforced plastic thing should be kept clean,   A soft and wet cloth or a small amount of detergent can be use when clean  the spot; Car wax polish can be used on glass fiber reinforced plastic parts  in order to keep luster.
